A fast-growing robotics and automation company is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of intelligent warehouse operations.

This role will focus on developing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) designed to work seamlessly with automated storage and robotic systems. The platform is built with flexibility in mind, enabling warehouses to adapt to changing operational needs through configuration rather than heavy customization.

You’ll work closely with customers, engineering teams, and operations leaders to deliver solutions that drive real value in automated logistics environments, while also contributing to the long-term vision of a unified warehouse operating platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging directly with customers to understand warehouse workflows, operational challenges, and success metrics
• Translating user needs into product requirements and clear feature specifications
• Supporting the development of product strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term platform direction
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog for warehouse process flows and system integrations
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Participating in planning cycles, system demonstrations, and product enablement activities
• Ensuring features deliver measurable operational value for customers

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Around 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong ability to translate complex operational needs into structured product requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
