Meet the team
Jack is an experienced Recruiter with 15+ years experience of pure talent hunting. Unlike many, his role was always to start new desks, in new areas with new talent pools. This was the perfect combination of experience to recognise a painfully talent short market, Robotics & Automation.
In 2019, the middle of the pandemic, The JAM Talent l People in Robotics was born. Jack didn’t just want to be another recruitment agency that found companies Software Engineers (there are loads of them)! Jack wanted to service a market that was crying for talent and movement.
The non work stuff. Jack has 3 beautiful daughters, an incredible wife and a cockapoo called Reggie.
