A robotics and automation company developing large-scale solutions for the logistics sector is seeking a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of advanced automated storage technologies used in modern warehouse environments.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, robotics, and warehouse operations, working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. What you’ll be responsible for:
• Working directly with customers and deployment sites to understand warehouse workflows, operational challenges, and performance metrics
• Translating operational insights into structured product requirements and solution specifications
• Supporting product strategy and roadmap development for automated warehouse solutions
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog for warehouse process flows and system integrations
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality product releases
• Participating in planning cycles, system demonstrations, and continuous improvement reviews

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Around 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or consulting
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
Nice to have:
• Experience working with automation systems, robotics platforms, or warehouse software
• Exposure to integrated hardware-software products or industrial systems
• Understanding of system integrations involving devices such as scanners, printers, or robotic equipment
• Experience conducting market or regulatory research in international markets
