Senior Product Manager l Internal Tools

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner with experience of internal tools to join a high growth HealthTech business in London. They currently sit at 150 employees at Series B/C stage.

The Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner will have the opportunity to join a Healtech & Subscription business providing full integrated care as well as Healthcare Products. You will work at the core of the business at the intersection of the cross-functional team involving design, Engineering, Data and Cx.

The Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner will:

• Lead the cross-functional team that’s responsible for all internal tooling that enables all types of employees to function
• Your users are the employees and this can range from the medical team to the designers on the front end
• Drive and Develop your squad’s Product roadmap and strategy
• Lead a multidisciplinary team
• Define and create the core metrics of your teams performance
• Understand that the products and services produced by this company are regulated but also life changing for the positive

The experience we want to see in a Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / Product Owner:

• High growth StartUp/ScaleUp experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager
• Solid Customer Discovery ability
• Leadership of a squad/team that has a multidisciplinary workforce across engineering, design, CX etc
• Experience working on complex tech or internal tooling for users
• Knowledge of developing internal tooling for subscription based business is a nice to have but not ideal
• 3+ years in Product Management with senior skills like roadmap ownership and squad leadership
