We are looking for a Product Lead / Head of Product / Principal Product Manager with experience building and leading world class product teams & Products.
The Product Lead / Head of Product / Principal Product Manager will have the opportunity to join a Healthtech & Subscription business providing full integrated care as well as Healthcare Products.
The Product Lead / Head of Product / Principal Product Manager will:
- Develop and drive your teams roadmap against the Product Strategy derived with the VP Product
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver product value at sustainable but high growth pace
- Define and track core metrics within your Product team
- Work closely with the VP Product on the longer term roadmap and strategy
The Product Lead / Head of Product / Principal Product Manager should ideally have:
- Experience working in an early-stage high growth start-up
- Nice to haves is another subscription based business
- Deep understanding of customer discovery and experiences through a subscription journey
- Experience leading and managing of 3+ Seniors and Product Managers
- 5+ years within Senior/Leadership or Head of Roles
- B2C/D2C or eCommerce experience with a tech orientated environment
