Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product wanted by a super-fast growing Enterprise SaaS business in London. Backed by leading investors, revenue generating and even profitable (don’t worry, this is going straight back into the business and growth plans).
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will have the opportunity to work alongside the Chief Product Officer and manage 7+ squads. You will play a key part in the strategy and then operational execution of the Product Squads.
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will:
- Take on significant Strategy responsibility (60-70% of your role)
- Manage world class squads and operational execution (30-40%)
- Manage 7+ Squads full of Product, Design and Engineering talent
- Play a significant part in growth targets and company targets
- Be comfortable with complicated. Harder the problem, better the solution
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product we want will have:
- Experience managing 3-4 squads
- At least one role in your career has been on a SaaS Enterprise platform
- 3+ years in Senior Leadership Product roles
