Lead Product Designer / Senior UX UI Designer / Senior Product Designer will be joining a business that has been Product-Led since day 1, with over 60% of the business working in Product, Engineering and/or Design. You will join the team and take on significant responsibility for designing the ever evolving future of the award-winning product.
The Lead Product Designer / Senior UX UI Designer / Senior Product Designer will:
- Design interfaces with the latest UX and prototyping tools
- Lead Strategy sessions with Product Managers to break down complex, ambiguous problems into sophisticated solutions
- Conduct User research through use of Interviews, Workshops and Usability tests
- Be comfortable working closely with both front-end and back-end engineers to ensure high quality implementation of all design solutions.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product and executive teams
The minimum experience we’d like to see from the Lead Product Designer / Senior UX UI Designer / Senior Product Designer:
- A portfolio showcasing your work on customer facing SaaS platforms and interfaces
- 5+ years experience in Product Design
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Experience working in a high growth environment or Start-up
